Thursday Cottage Rhubarb & Ginger Jam

We use the Timperley Early variety Rhubarb and root ginger for their excellent intense flavours. Our delicious jams are made from specially selected whole fruit and cooked in open pans.

This jam is perfect spread on toast, crumpet or in the middle of muffins.
