Raspberry & White Balsamic Vinegar

A blend of raspberry vinegar and white balsamic vinegar, which will indulge your taste buds. This unique and flavourful combination results in an intense and fragrant vinegar. The intense flavour of ripe raspberries which will inspire you to create fantastic dishes.

Combine this vinegar with our olive oil and drizzle over a beets salad with roasted nuts and goat cheese, on a green salad or on a classic duck salad. A few drops of this vinegar will enhance the gizzards, chicken or veal liver and roasted meats.
