Aromatic fennel and chilli bring another layer to the rich cheese flavour of these savoury biscuits. The fennel comes through first, followed by a fiery kick from the chilli that compliments the Cheddar and Parmesan beneath it.

With almost half our recipe consisting of cheese, only the finest will do. Our bakers carefully blend authentic 24-month-aged Italian parmesan with mature cheddar, to create the perfect balance of flavours for our luxury cheese biscuits.
