Our hearty mushroom pure contains black truffle and porcini pieces that melt in the mouth. The delicate truffle flavour reveals hints of garlic without masking the taste of the other mushroom varieties, all complemented by black olive notes.

• Simply add our mushroom and truffle pure to a creamy pasta dish or a bechamel pizza to instantly create a sophisticated meal. This condiment is delicious as a burger topping or in scrambled eggs. It can also be served as a hors doeuvre, on crostini.
