Michelin-starred chef Eric Geurin has selected Kalios 02 extra virgin Greek olive oil for you.
Our cuvée is a monovarietal oil produced from Koroneiki olives, freshly harvested in mid-season in Greece.
Ideal for fresh pasta, grilled fish and marinades.
In order to offer you an exceptional Greek olive oil, just like our Cuvées 1 and 3, our Cuvée 02 meets the four criteria necessary for quality. It is extra virgin thanks to its perfect acidity level, monovarietal thanks to its production from a single olive variety (Koroneiki), cold extracted to preserve its taste and benefits, and preserved in opaque packaging to protect it from light.
With a very low acidity level of less than 0.35%, it ranks among the finest vintages of olive oils.
