Blackberry Jack

A low-sugar blackberry jam accented w/ tangy lime and exotic orange blossom this marriage of flavour is mouth-watering. A fine choice for vinaigrette, add a tablespoon to balsamic and olive oil for a flavourful punch!

• Please note we now stamp each jar with a suggested Best Before Date. This date reflects an 18 to 24 month shelf life from production date. Colour will fade over time, but the jam is still safe to eat so long as the jar has remained sealed. And remember - like the jar label says - once opened, store in fridge and consume within 2 weeks. Low sugar content means short fridge life. It's a trade off!
