Truffle Hunter shaves the highest quality black truffles and expertly blends them with a unique flavour & cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn't as strong as our double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it.
