A dark fruit cake handmade with sultanas, citrus peel, and sherry, beautifully finished with marzipan, icing, and a delicate sugar star. This traditional fruit cake is baked low and slow and left to mature and develop the perfect moisture and flavour.

Handmade in our Lincolnshire bakery since 1972, our fruit cakes are crafted using traditional recipes and the finest quality ingredients.
